Dropped item, in Guldorand Bank, no one able to pick up.
Saw that Bonesnapper dropped his scythe item 'The Forgiven' in the Guldorand bank, now no one can pick it up. No idea why, not feed back in the chat window for trying to. He's tried IC to get DM help for it at time of post.

This happens a lot when people close out trades, especially when they have full inventories. (This is not the only way, just an example, but in general it has to do with inventory spaces.) The best way to avoid this is not to keep your inventory so full where ever possible. There's been multiple fixes to prevent picking up more items, but players need to be mindful of their inventory management.
Not even DMs can retrieve these bugged items. Best you can do is screenshot it and send it to us and possibly see it restored. Sometimes it returns to one's inventory when enough space is allotted and they either transition to another of our servers or a restart happens. But save the screenshot just in case.
