A recent change to the Swashbuckler feat "Panache!" made it so INT mod could add to bluff skill. This feature is not working on the Guldorand server, but it is on the others (may need more testing? Might not work on surface after looking earlier).
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
-Transfer to Guldorand server as Swashbuckler with high INT mod
Expected result
-----------------------
-INT mod (+8 for my toon) is added to bluff skill.
Actual result
-------------------
-No modifier added

With some further testing, I've noticed it working on all of the servers, but it seems like sometimes it requires flicking on and off a piece of INT gear. A similar thing happens when trying to get the damage bonus from INT mod that insightful strike provides.
