Swashbuckler is no longer gaining half their level to Climb (Acrobatics Skill Mastery @ level 13).
Level 20 Swash, +9 Dex mod, and zero points in climb. Climb Skill = 9 in lieu of 19

The character sheet lies. It only shows the bonus from strength and not dex due to engine limitations. Unless we can figure out a way around that it will display lower than reality for dex heavy characters.
If the issue is persisting in the actual rolls for climbing, then that's another issue entirely.
