Wizard of Guldorand not Buying Cases

As title- the wizard of guldorand in the indoor market won't buy from scroll cases. This is presumably an oversight?

I know they're right around the corner from one another, but having the mage in the marketplace purchase them would be a real QoL thing. Sometimes, it's nice to be able to get all/most of your shopping done in one location - having to walk back and forth across multiple zones to do it (like in Cordor, for example) is just a needless annoyance in terms of design, not that NuGuld is anywhere near as bad as Cordor is in this regard.
