"Disguised" (Slave) unreachable by Slave Caller

Description of Bug Experienced:

I and a Friend of mine tested out a recent problem with using Slave Callers to summon a "Disguised" slave.

It turns out, as long as any Slave is "Disguised", no matter ranks in Perform/Bluff, they can not be summoned.

Both characters were on the same server.

To Clarify: The second a Slaves whose "Real" name was known typed -disguise, they became immune to being summoned, despite the summoner knowing their real name.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Try to be summoned with a Bard with 47-70 Perform, while Disguised
- Try to be summoned with a lvl 3 Barbarian with 2 ranks in Bluff, while Disguised

Expected Result:
Get summoned despite Disguise.

Actual Result:
Did not get summoned.
