Project disappeared from workstation

A project disappeared from a workstation after me and my friend spent our crafting points on it.
There were not more than 1 page in workstation's inv. The project didn't end up in either of our invs. Just poofed.
Character - Oldfur. Location - Hub.

I normally wouldn't mind, but losing this particular item (ranger's runic studded leather) means losing a huge chunk of my progress on this character. So if there's a chance this can be looked into, it would make my day.

Is there a chance that one of the characters who worked on the item had touched it, or even some of the materials on another character of theirs and forgot? I am not 100% on the mulling script, but I think this is one of the possible preventive measures.

If two different characters from the same CD-key works on the same project - it goes poof. No warning, no nothing - it just consumes all their crafting points and the project is gone. Whether they have had the project in their inventory isn't important.

Sounds like a mule script got triggered. It happened once before to my toon on accident... was working on a sling for a friend without realizing my other toon had worked on it prior. Item went poof as soon as it was completed.
