Secret Knowledge of Weapon Trick and Dodge Trick not always applying

Loremaster's Weapon/Dodge Trick isn't always applying. This isn't just an in character sheet bug, but actually the feat just not applying as it should. It fixes itself on disconnecting and reconnecting completely to the server. Nothing else seems to.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
It seems to happen upon being subdued in PGCC, and when the loremaster scries, though other things seem to cause it as well. I will likely post again if I pinpoint other causes.

Expected result
-----------------------
Having an extra point of attack bonus/dodge ac from the feat.

Actual result
-------------------
Very often the feat seems to give up and not apply itself.
