So I originally went with Lendys as my Patron Deity (W&D/H&H). However, I was not gaining any piety in their respective areas. Using heal kits, killing enemies, drinking potions, etc. I was gaining Piety from casting spells. I am unsure if the other Draconic Pantheon is bugged in this way or not.
Changed deity to Bahamut. Piety gain was immediately fixed soon as I changed to Bahamut. So it's only the deity under the Draconic Pantheon category in the Deity Selection menu
