Henchmen Not Server Transitioning

Henchmen appear to just vanish into nothingness if you attempt to server transition via portal. Not sure about if you transition via area transfer. This is a bit of a pain since most of the level 30 recruitable henches are in Guldorand but the content you'd want to use them on is not in Guldorand.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1) Ask a Henchman to join your party successfully
2) Go to Soulhaven portal
3) Use portal to transfer anywhere on surface

Expected result
-----------------------
Henchman follows you.


Actual result
-------------------
Henchman does not follow you. Henchman does not remain at portal. Henchman does not respawn at their recruitment location. Henchman is just gone.

Want to add that Henches in general appear to not be returning home. I crashed with a different hench and they did not return to their hiring spot.
