"You cannot use that item."

I'm unsure if this is a bug that is even fixable, but it is annoying at the very least, but I'm only experiencing it on a single Character.
I get the server message below on every single transition.

Level and classes: 26 (16 barb 10 cav)
Server: Cities and Planes

Items in inventory presently unable to use:
Wands, divine and arcane.
Elder Dream spear - It's not equipt as I currently do not meet the requirements.

Character was previously 17 barb, 10 Divine Champion, 3 bard and member of the Radiant Heart- Upon a rebuild that membership was lost and I had to ask a DM to remove the ring from my inventory (That did not vanish on its own). But even since, I've been pinged with this message and since I used my free relevel a few days ago, it just seems to have gotten worse.

I too get this message after any transition... my level, class, login, and inventory have not changed. I have only one item I can't use, and I have never tried to equip it.
