AB massively increased since ranger fix

Description

Ever since the fix to the newest ranger feats (blood lust, duel wield mastery, etc), my AB has increased in the combat log far more than what is shown on my character sheet. This is actually effective, and not just a bug in the display of what's shown.

Steps to reproduce

While I can't be sure, I suspect it's to do with the duel wield mastery feat. So grab that, equip any weapon (as it works with my quarterstaff and my bow) and attack something.

Expected result

Hitting with the AB as shown on my character sheet, more or less.

Actual result

Hitting with an AB of around 14 higher than it should be. Though when testing the other day as well, the variance seemed to be increased as well, going all the way from +44 in the combat log, down to +18.

Notes

It's clear I shouldn't be getting this much extra AB, though I can't say precisely where it's coming from, other than the only difference being that I wasn't getting this prior to the fixes for the new ranger feats. Since the duel wield mastery feat is the only one that adjusts AB in any manner, I'd look at that.

I did also try with, and without improved expertise on, and the crazy AB bonus remains consistant (Without improved on, I'm up at +52 on the combat log, with the first hit). The bonus also seems to apply when using the bow.
