Problem with Shadow Door

The location of the door is FIOG I believe so I will leave it at that, but I cannot get through a certain shadow door. I keep getting the error "Destination not set up". I saw there was an announcement about one of the shadow doors being fixed in late January. Hopefully this is a similar simple fix. I have screenshots if a dev needs them.
