Buffs visible on char examination

Description of Bug Experienced:
Upon examination I can see the CR and Buffs of another PC.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Examine a PC!

Expected Result:
I dont see the CR and Buffs

Actual Result:



Additional Information/Notes
This was done on the UD server. The examined PC is fully covered.
Examination of your own PC also delievers the Buff listing.
