Guldorand Exile and Pariah Board

Hi!

The current exile and pariah board for Guldorand is still in Westcliff. Makes it a bit of a challenge for citizens to go all the way to the small logging town to see an updated list of these people. I think it would make sense if the board is in the main city as well-- maybe outside the bridge of the main entrance into the city and one outside the Beggar's Gate?
