Description of Bug Experienced:
After casting Haste (or Mass Haste) with Blinding Speed currently activated, Blinding Speed is removed and Haste is not applied.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Use Blinding Speed
2. Cast Haste or Mass Haste
Expected Result:
Haste replaces Blinding Speed
Actual Result:
Haste spell removes Blinding Speed and nothing else happens

Only tried applying Haste through spells.
