Forum Support Ticket Bug

I tried creating a support ticket for my character Eranna by logging into the Support website with the same log-in I use to play Eranna on NWN with, as instructed by DM Snowcat. However, while logged in, Eranna did not show up under the available character's list. Actually, no character's showed up under the available character list.

That is what I used. My current forum account name is the same as the account I use to play Eranna.

This just means you’ve actually never made a character under that player name. Create a dummy character under this ID and it should populate your entire list.
