Languages Bug

Description
I have noticed recently that my language progress has not moved at all. I have the correct phrasebooks, and I am able to translate some words but not all yet my progress bar has not moved. It remains Red at 0%. This has been an issue for a little over a week of consistent language lesson RP.

Steps to reproduce
I thought maybe I had a fake Phrasebook or maybe a bugged phrasebook, so I went around to all the bookshelves in dungeons and NPC areas until I found another one from the Loot Matrix. Spent a few days with the new book at language lessons.

Expected result
I figured with a new book it would fix itself. I spent several days having languages spoken around me, trying to even speak in those languages as an attempt to practice.

Actual result
Same result. My language progress as not changed colors or increased in %. This is not just my character but other characters too that I asked to confirm if it was just me or if it was a well known issue. It is not a bug with Loremaster either as it seems to affect even people without Loremaster levels.

It is the bug that is mentioned in the wiki, where once you reach the cap for fluent languages, the other ones just stop progressing.
It's been like this for a few months, apparently.

Not sure if it will help or not but it seems like if you try and speak that language once, then hear it after trying to speak, the progress starts. I could be wrong, coincidence or what have you, but doesn't hurt to try.

This is happening without having been at max fluent languages. It seems to be based on the books somehow because replacing them has fixed it (at least for me). I’ve heard of it happening with several books and dif people where the learning doesn’t start. And I’m fairly certain it was not a fake book.

So I gave the above a try, no luck. This is a real shame, I hope it gets resolved soon. I have so many language lessons I want to participate in AND actually make progress so I can stop speaking gibberish!

No Loremaster lvls. Just wizard. I appear to be only having this issue on Cordor so it could just be me (as usual).

Are you only not gaining progress while on C&P? that is bizarre.
