Burst of Glacial Wrath Does Next to Nothing

Test: Cast the spell.

Expected Results: AoE damage, enemies being frozen in place.

Actual results: Only one enemy is damaged, nothing is ever frozen, spell lasts an incredibly short amount of time.

Even considering all of this, Burst of Glacial Wrath is a disappointing and underwhelming spell. I would love to see it improved or perhaps replaced with Iceberg or an ice version of Firestorm, as Icestorm. Blue visuals and all that.

But as it stands, this spell does not do at all what it is supposed to do, and even when it does, the effects are short lived and forgettable. It is never worth memorizing.

This is a mix of a bug report and feedback, but it certainly seems not to be working properly first and foremost!

More into might be needed, because this spell was working very well for me and I used it often on a recent character.
