Sencliff (Bank) Reading Materials

Description of Bug Experienced:
Cannot interact/open inventory of 'Reading Materials' or loot in the Sencliff (Bank) area. You just run and will continuously try to jog into the table.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Click on the 'Reading Materials'


Expected Result:
Maybe open an inventory and have it provide a random lore book?

Actual Result:
You will continue to just try and run into the table, unable to reach the fabled outdated reading materials.

it might just be there for flavour, does it have a description that separates it from the regular Book Piles? if so, it's not meant to be a thing to take

Objects are often placed in areas to add flavour and add readable descriptions onto them. Not everything is accessible or a container though.
