Unable to buy partial stacks.

Trying to buy partial stacks from multiple playershops which had it previously active, no longer works. I asked someone else to check to see if it was just myself, but they had the same issue in other shops. (This is on surface atleast, possibly on other servers as well)

Steps to reproduce

Try to buy partial stacks from shops.

Expected result
-----------------------
See the option to buy a specific amount.

Actual result
-------------------
Don't see the option to buy a specific amount.

Update 1: Having checked further, it seems all shop/faction settings for the shops were turned off. But it was possible to turn them back on again.

This is Always the case. Especially with temporary stalls that it drops the setting after the stall is rebought.

I would suggest that this be made permenantly on for all shops and available to toggle off instead, as More often than not, people will never want to buy 100 stacks of things.

Yes, but this isn't the case with permanent store, which is what this issue is about.

I recently pushed a fix for this, when taking over a shop partial selling is enabled by default. Closing.
