Description
Allegedly the familiar goes on 10 minute cooldown after dismissal or death, and can be resummoned. It doesn't happen

Steps to reproduce
Get my pixie killed, can't resummon, typing -cd says there's no active cooldowns.

Expected result
I should get the ability to bring the pixie back every 10 mins per patch notes after it dies.

Actual result
I can't summon him back I only get my pixie back on resting
