Logged a kobold on cities and planes, did not get forced relevel.
Will test to see if any other characters affected.
Edit: Just seems to by my kobold left on cities and planes. Weird.

Remedied with "Support" tab. Seemed to be a one-off. Encountered this on no other character in my vault. Thanks!
