Sai: no UBAB or Flurry of blows

The wiki lists that Sai are among the weapons that benefit from monk unarmed base attack bonus and flurry of blows, yet when I try to activate flurry of blows I get "You cannot activate that mode with your currently equipped weapon(s)" instead.

Steps to reproduce

Be armed with a sai as a monk
Activate flurry of blows

Expected result
-----------------------
Flurry of blows becomes active

Actual result
-------------------
Flurry of blows is not active with the message "You cannot activate that mode with your currently equipped weapon(s)".

Strange. Sai's worked on the PGCC when I last gave them a go. I wonder if the live server had an update that broke this. Have you noticed if this is a recent issue, or have you just started playing with a sai?

Ah, it works if I'm not wearing any armor or a shield, it's probably working as intended then.
