Earthkin Defender DR

The passive DR from EKD doesn't appear to be firing off.

The character has Epic Damage Reduction III (9/-) feats with 11 levels of Earthkin Defender (8/-)

That should give it 17/- points of DR.

in the second screenshot, the character has 11 levels of Earthkin Defender, however only 5/- DR appears to show up.

i took another level of a different class and grabbed epic damage reduction I feat. After taking damage, the reduction stays at 5/-



the damage reduction is taking the greater of the two and not stacking.

Scratch it. I had to refresh my gear in order for the DR to register properly.

Just for others seeing this post. I tested this when my EKD was having the same issue. It seems to happen anytime you load in with any sort of gear that has a % Piercing/slashing/Bludgening reduction. Against that type, it severely cuts your DR, but unequipping and re-equipping that piece of gear always corrected it. Not sure if its correctable easily, but easy work around for it.
