Disguises changing from server to server

Description

Server transitioning while disguised into a server in which you have used a different disguise will cause you to adopt said disguise.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Use a disguise on server 1, then transition to server 2. Adopt a different disguise on server 2, then transition to server 1.

Expected result
-----------------------
You arrive in server 1 with the disguise you adopted in server 2.

Actual result
-------------------
You will arrive with the disguise you had previously used on server 1.

Notes
---------
Only happens if you are disguising. Transitioning with no disguise works as intended.

I frequently run into an issue where when I change server my disguise changes to a previously used one. I'm sure you can imagine how awful for RP this is when you're hiding your true identity from a group, dressed as one thing and come out named as something completely different! Especially since you have to undisguise to redisguise.

If there's any possible way to fix this, that would be simply amazing!
