Regenerate buff disappearing on relog/transition

Long running bug but wonder if recent updates its now possible to fix.

Description

Most buffs remain during relog/server transition. The hp regen from Regenerate does not.


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------

Cast regenerate on yourself.
Relog or cross a server transition

Expected result
-----------------------

You still have the regenerate buff

Actual result
-------------------

You lose the regenerate buff.

Same applies if you cast it on someone else and they relog. Cant recall if same applies if the caster casts regnerate on someone else then relogs.

Can confirm. Regenerate will disappear from the caster and anyone else they cast it on if they server transit or relog.
