Deep Imskari Don't Receive Low-Light

Description of Bug Experienced:
One of the racials perks of the Deep Imaskari is its access to low-light. However, they neither receive the racial feat nor does it look like low-light is activated for them.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Choose the race

Expected Result:
Ability to see in the dark

Actual Result:
Cannot see in the dark
