Shadowdancer cooldowns broken.

Shadow Evade and Shadow Daze does not replenish charges after the cooldown has finished. Using -cd and -cd all does nothing.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Use the available charges and wait for the cooldowns to finish.

Expected result
-----------------------
The charges should be replenished after the cooldown has finished.

Actual result
-------------------
The charges are still at 0 which means I can't use the abilites again without resting first.

It worked fine two days ago.
