Cannot fix poisoned water source

Description of Bug Experienced:
Players found that Guldorand Fountain had been contaminated by Wyvern Poison. All attempts to 'fix' said poison failed.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Find poisoned water source in Guldorand city square (Fountain). Attempt neutralize poison, lesser restoration, cure disease, on water source.
See still-poisoned water source.

Expected Result:
Something works to de-contaminate / de-poison the water source.

Actual Result:
No effect on poisoned status of water source.

Originally thought this was a 'feedback' issue, but apparently intended behavior is ability to fix water source contamination, thus, bug report.

Can also confirm, as I saw those things be used. Greater Restoration had no effect when cast by a PC. I used Greater Dispel and Remove Curse to no avail, too. After each attempt, I used Detect Poison, which showed the water source still poisoned.

However, someone drinking from the fountain, otherwise not immune to poisons, was not poisoned.
