I had similar issues with AI in the past, and so thought i'd throw up another Bug report regarding persistently poor AI. I've noticed if the Mercenary/Animal Companion has sneak attacks, it doesn't follow orders well at all. Whether commanding by radial or using associate tool, the henchman mostly just goes and does it's own thing making for a very unenjoyable experience.

Also, a recent notice, with the henchman Carne in the UD, he stops working when under the effects of darkness, even with ultravision. He just stands there, doing absolutely nothing. Again, whether radial or associate tool is used, same result.

As for henchmen AI, I too have experienced some wonky behaviour. Especially when they decide to attack other players, if the AI walks over some form of persistent AoE. They will even attempt to kill you, if they walk over your own persistent AoE, such as entanglement.

As for darkness: All henchmen AI breaks in darkness. This has been a bug since implementation. Nothing I have tried in game could fix this. I suspect the custom coding for Arelith darkness has something to do with this.
