Loremaster releveling and language learning

While performing a -relevel, the loremaster will gain the feat "bonus language 1" but will not receive the prompt to learn the language. Language learning for levels 2-5 still work as intended.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
level in loremaster from 1-5. use the in-game -relevel command, upon taking the first level in Loremaster, the prompt for "-bonus_language" will not be given nor will the ability to use it be available.

Expected result
-----------------------
gain a bonus language when taking first level of loremaster upon in-game relevel.

Actual result
-------------------
bonus language prompt and command not available upon relevel of loremaster.

Notes
---------
I tried this 3 times with the same result, I also changed which levels I started loremaster lvl 1.

Another note: On the 5th level, an "unlearnable" language was taken. Upon delevel, the unlearnable language was not forgotten. This is probably why the first level of Loremaster was not given. You can also take a second Unlearnable language at 5th loremaster level upon releveling.
