Description of Bug Experienced:
A maximised darkbolt does 14 dmg per bolt, 2 less than it should based on the description (2d8 -> maximised is 2*8=16).
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take maximise feat, be a high-level caster, cast maximised darkbolt.
Expected Result:
Each bolt does 16 dmg.
Actual Result:
Each bolt does 14 dmg.

The spell description is not accurate. Bolts do 2d6 +2 damage rather than 2d8.
