Half-orcs losing ambidexterity feat

I recently made a ranger half-orc and while retaining the ambidexterity feat at creation, once he levels to 3 the feat disappears from the feat list.

This appears to be a ranger-only problem for half-orcs. While other classes convert the Half-orc: Ambidexterity feat to the regular Ambidexterity feat at level 3, ranger half-orcs lose the feat entirely possibly due to ranger dual-wield feat. Why this matters? Well, there's some builds that may wish to utilize ranger to gain two-handed weapon feat instead of a favored enemy.

Can this be looked at? It is solely a ranger half-orc issue. Every other class converts the Half-orc (ambi) feat into the regular ambi feat at L3.
