Hexblade -familiar command does not work. Re-leveling didn't help.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------

Try to change a familiar skin with new command, typing -familiar.

Expected result
-----------------------

You can choose a familiar skin from a menu.

Actual result
-------------------

Nothing happens.

I can confirm that I enabled this feature for characters with either wizard or sorcerer levels. Please continue collecting souls and/or making dark bargains with your patron and I will make sure that this patron will grant you the ability to change the skin of your familiar!
