Arcane Tower Commons fixture limit (Fixed)

Description
Fixture limit in the Arcane Tower common room says 120. Is actually 102. Probably a typo.

Steps to reproduce
Put fixtures down in the Arcane Tower commons
----------------------------

Expected result
Be able to place more than 102 fixtures

Fixture limit is 120.

Sounds like you placed a fixture in the exact same spot of another or by a door or area where it would not save it.

That's weird. I thought it was in the middle of the room. I'll experiment more later, thank you for checking.

The fixture limit is working fine, I can't replicate the issue. Thank you for looking into it.
