House Not a Resting Area

I was told by a DM to post about my brand new cozy house not being a resting area. The house is on the Cordor Outskirts next to Captain Laurik, it's called Sparrowhome. Like I said its not a resting area so I cant rest above 50 percent and I lose food, water and rest in there. If anyone could take a gander at the issue, I would be most appreciative. Thank you!

Only taverns and a few guildhouses don't deplete meters (and grant extra adventure xp per tick), this is done to encourage social RP in public spaces, it should definitely not be the case in private homes.

I'll look at the resting above 50 thing though. There is also a 'House Rest Mefagix Thread' for reporting these.
