Elemental streams are supposed to affect Elemental Swarm by use of the streams to summon 4 of 1 Elemental type instead of 1 of each. But, it is currently not working for Druids specifically. I have not tested Clerics.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Select any stream. -air, -wat, -fir, -ear. Attempt to cast Elemental Swarm as a Druid. For this example we will use Fire.
Expected result
-----------------------
Summon 2 Greater and 2 Elder Fire Elementals.
Actual result
-------------------
Summons 1 Elder Elemental of each type.

I have not tested Cleric or Shaman so I am unsure if this is a global issue or not, but none of these streams currently work on Druid.

The fix is in the pipeline.
