Problem with the Spires Citadel Telescope

Description
The third option in the Telescope menu, Bridge, has this view:


Steps to reproduce
Walk up to the Telescope, choose to look at the Bridge.

Expected result
You see the bridge outside of the castle.

Actual result
You can only look at the wall.

Misc Notes
The area name is Dark Spires (The Spires Citadel) Upper Floor.

Making telescopes better is an ongoing Thing at the moment. Leaving this open for now.
