Speedy Messenger room missing in the area "Cordor (The Walled City) Guard Headquarters"

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Try to find Speedy Messenger

Expected Result:
Speedy messenger there

Actual Result:
No speedy messenger

I believe it may be related with this bug, that changed slightly the area during last reset.
