Invisible Blade Weapons
Is there a reason why Invisible Blade can only wield shortswords, daggers, and kukris? What about longsword, katar, katana, sai, wakizashi and other finessable weapons, balance concerns?

Re: Invisible Blade Weapons
As far as I'm aware, it's partially a thematic consideration. The class is designed to essentially fit the theme of a killer that can sneak into Faerun courts that check for weapons, and get inside without a fuss because they only use tiny concealable blades. Though, I admit, short sword is a bit of a stretch for that theme. As for the tiny exotic weapons you list...Those might actually make sense to add, I agree.

We are already reviewing weapon selections for weapon limited classes (IB, swash, rogue, assassin, etc.). I can't promise anything changing, but it's being looked at.

If I had to guess, this is in response to the big UBAB change that just occurredgarrbear758 wrote: Wed Aug 25, 2021 4:01 pm We are already reviewing weapon selections for weapon limited classes (IB, swash, rogue, assassin, etc.). I can't promise anything changing, but it's being looked at.

Surprisingly no this one was totally unrelated, but that does give us more options for weapon choices if we make any changes.Archnon wrote: Wed Aug 25, 2021 6:32 pmIf I had to guess, this is in response to the big UBAB change that just occurredgarrbear758 wrote: Wed Aug 25, 2021 4:01 pm We are already reviewing weapon selections for weapon limited classes (IB, swash, rogue, assassin, etc.).
