The new kneecapper is quite lovely, but was the removal of the old fish club skin really needed? Especially considered that it appeared on a few npcs (that are now broken), and was featured extensively in the roleplay of some goblin tribes.
Personally I would have found more natural the fish club skin to be locked, so it could not be used on normal weapons, but left on some select (crappy) items, so that roleplay with the fish club, i.e. actually a large fish, could continue. Similarly to how some of the new backpack models, such as the gnome in the cage, cannot be used freely.
I cannot really figure what triggered the decision to erase it from all records, but personally I saw the fish club model used more than once in pretty fitting and legitimate contexts. It's a shame that now these are lost.

Really found them to be immersion breaking to be honest. Nine out of ten times seemed to be used as a prop to imply quirkiness of the holder, but completely took me out of the moment each time.

Sometimes yes, but I also witnessed other times when they were used sensibly, hence I wonder if there was a way to reduce their usage that could salvage those usages.Morgy wrote: Wed Aug 25, 2021 7:57 pm Really found them to be immersion breaking to be honest.
