Expeditious Retreat Duration Not Refreshing on Recast

Hey so, simple bug. If you have ER active, and recast it, the duration does not refresh at all, so it will run out when the first one would have run out. Pretty easy to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast ER and then recast it when it is nearing the end of it's duration.

Expected result
-----------------------
ER is refreshed like invisibility and other buffs.

Actual result
-------------------
ER cast does nothing and the duration from the first cast is when the spell finishes.
