Please have a pleasant message along the lines of "Don't forget you're able to -recommend your fellow players!" on every, idk, 10th? or so RPR tick at random for 30/40RPRs. The -recommend function is very easily forgotten about particularly when in the throes of RP, and so I feel that those players who are already trusted might appreciate the unobtrusive, quiet nudge.

I feel upon 10th tick is too much and would be irritating. But I wouldn't object if it were, say, a message brought up upon log in? So I'll approve on that basis.
