Description of Bug Experienced:
I was asked to put this here. When a property is 'unowned' and on the cooldown timer before being released, it cannot be accessed by the former owner but it can be accessed by characters that have keys to the property.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Buy a property. Hand out keys. Put it up for sale/let it lapse. Try to enter property with owner and key holders.
Expected Result:
That the owner would be able to enter during the cooldown to gather their stuff.
Actual Result:
The door is locked to the owner and the usual door menu comes up. Only a key holder can enter.

I've seen this happen to two other people as well.
