My character, halfling, recently cast Evard's on a tree.
The spell activated and beat the ever-living cotton out of my character.
I'll do some tests in the Cordor arena in a bit to see if it's just because I tried attacking a tree.

Evard's and other tentacle spells can hurt small characters now. It was added in a recent update. Working as intended.
