Invoker's Chains, can't be crafted

Unable to craft Invoker's Chains armor.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------

Be a character with high smithing, all materials, and warlock levels (also hexblade levels which according to update notes also qualify).

Try to craft the armor.

Expected result
-----------------------

Able to start the production.

Actual result
-------------------

Gets only the preview option, cannot start the production.

After the recent update and possible bug fix to warlock item craft I gave this another try. It is still broken.
