After the forced relevel of previous fey-/warlock RDDs to Bards - they did not regain Bard song as an ability.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
* Be a RDD/Feylock before change
* Go through the relevel
Expected Result:
* To regain the bardsong ability
Actual Result:
* Not get bardsong ability

Learning the songs by exploring and such works perfectly. She started as bard, and has a total of 5 bard levels now.
