Description

It's month 6 (Kythorn) ingame (according to -date), which is supposed to be summertime.
However, the weather messages keep stating that it's snowing or bitingly cold, in a frequency that you only used to get during wintertime.
Meanwhile, the compass calendar seems to be stuck in wintertime, month 1 (Hammer), day 14.

Login, wait for tick to see the current weather.
Expected result

Summer is summer, winter is winter.

Winter.

This is currently known issue as the weather and time is actually synced to the compass, instead of the -date command. Unlike what the compass says, that's the correct (mechanically) time right now.

This is also affecting Skal travel times. It's summer according to -date, but ship navigators say that the sea is covered in ice.
