The Katar of Verdant Growth claims to be wieldable with 30 UMD, if one does not meet the alignment restriction (Good). This is not the case.
Steps to reproduce

Be non-Good
Acquire Katar of Verdant Growth

Expected result

Be able to equip it.

Can you check if the UMD requirement is actually 35 instead of 30?

Seems to be 35, in actuality! Tried it just now (took Deceive Item on the same Warlock, it's usable with 38/39 UMD, so it'll be 35).

The property on the item and the red text on the item both claim that 30 is enough. Perhaps some issue with displaying the accurate UMD? idk im not a math man
