Can't sail to Skal on month 8

Description of Bug Experienced:
Can't sail to Skal on month 8.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take a ship and try to sail to Skal.

Expected Result:
Ship sailing to Skal.

Actual Result:
Ship can't sail, get the "can't go to Skal this time of year" message

Additional Information/Notes:
I think they system is using the date from the compass rather than the date from -date?

It’s really month three according to the game where the compass is, which is what the code is likely referring to.
